The HEART

 

The heart represents God’s perfect love for

everyone. His love has always existed just as

He has always existed. He showed the greatness

of His love for us by sending His only Son to suffer

and die on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins.

Because of His incomparable love for us, we can,

through the simple act of faith in His Son Jesus Christ,

spend eternity with Him.

 

John 3:16 God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son so that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.

Romans 5:8 God demonstrates His love for us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died as a substitute for us.

 

I John 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.

 

John 13:34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another even as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
